Lucy brings the yoga, Adrienne the creativity. Together they are the team behind these unique and luxurious retreats.
From yoga flows to mindful crafting and sound baths, they love to create nourishing spaces for you to slow down and fill your cup.
Adrienne McMurdo
Having spent many years as a primary school teacher, Adrienne has always been passionate about sparking creativity and igniting a love for learning. Now, she pours that same enthusiasm into her creative and craft workshops, creating a space where you can unleash your inner artist and make some great connections.
As a mum of two (plus a very bouncy sprocker spaniel called Mabel and a cat called Luna), Adrienne has learned the value of cherishing a bit of ‘me time’ through the art of crafting memorable moments. It was in the early days of motherhood that she stumbled upon the pure joy of crafting and arm knitting; it struck a chord, and she knew she had something special to share.
Stepping into her workshops is like entering a cosy creative haven. It doesn’t matter if you’re a total beginner or a seasoned crafter seeking fresh techniques. Adrienne’s workshops are all about providing a comfy, supportive space for you to explore your creativity and expand your crafting repertoire.
Adrienne also leads ELVA’s nourishing sound bath sessions.
