Booking open! Join us for a deeply restorative and cosy weekend retreat in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, where crisp autumn air, golden landscapes and moments of pure relaxation await you.

Held at the beautiful Flanders Hall, this retreat is your invitation to slow down, reconnect and embrace the magic of the season with yoga, wild walks, creative workshops and plenty of time to rest.

What to Expect

Daily Pilates & Yoga practices – Expect a mix of energising morning Pilates to set you up for the day, and deeply restful evening yoga flows, including a Yoga Nidra session, to help you truly unwind.

Soothing sound baths – Find deep relaxation and drift away to the vibrations of the crystal bowls.

Immersive Nature Walks – Flanders Hall is surrounded by beauty for you to explore. We will also be taking a walk to Cauldron Falls to experience the beautiful North Yorkshire scenery.

Seasonal Crafting – Tap into your creativity with autumn-inspired craft sessions, perfect for mindful making and slowing down. Workshops will be finalised closer to the time but expect opportunities for chunky knitting, mindful painting and fun seasonal activities.

Time to Rest & Restore – Whether it’s curling up by the fire with a book, journaling, or just taking in the peaceful surroundings, there will be plenty of time to simply be. There will also be the opportunity to book a one-to-one reiki session with Lucy for an extra dose of relaxation.

Cosy Evenings – On Saturday, we’ll settle in for a film night, complete with blankets, candles and a warm drink (or a glass of wine) in hand.

Your stay at Flanders Hall includes all food, accommodation and activities for the weekend.

A non-refundable deposit of £200.00 (per person) is due upon booking with the remaining balance due 24 July 2026.
