I've been on 2 retreats now and they are the most relaxing and refreshing days. Adrienne and Lucy are amazing hosts and make sure you feel comfortable and relaxed at all times. The food is fantastic and locations are ideal. Nice and calm and peaceful. Looking forward to being able to join the next one! Rachel
